For the 2009/2010 school year, 945 students enrolled in individual and group lessons, reaching a total of 1,400 enrollments. The pupils of Dudelange provide the highest percentage (+ 40%) followed by the pupils of Bettembourg (+ 20%) and Roeser (+ 15%), the other pupils coming from other municipalities. These figures confirm that the development of the school has remained remarkably constant at a very high level in recent years. After having experienced a very spectacular growth between 1998 and 2003, the music school of Dudelange is since then in 2nd place of the music schools of the country.
After more than 60 years of existence, the evolution of the local music school continues under the impetus and dynamism of its teachers and students. The school has great ambitions, the main one of which is simply to communicate to its students the love of music and to share with them the pleasure of practicing it with passion. This is how it will continue to operate, in accordance with the spirit of its founders.
